Miguel is counsel to BERKEN IP and a patent attorney. His practice relates to high technology patents, with emphasis on the fields of electronics and telecommunications. Miguel is knowledgeable in prior art searches, patent situation analysis and patent drafting.

He has served at the Argentine Patent Office as Head Officer of the Operations Department and as Patent Examiner in the electronics area. Miguel has attended training courses from the Spanish and European Patent Offices.

He holds a Degree in Electronics Engineering from the Escuela Superior Técnica.
