Anahí Cordero is a partner of BERKEN IP and an attorney-at-law with a longstanding practice in business and corporate law. Her advice on legal matters concerning businesses is comprehensive, including commercial, civil, labor, tax aspects and negotiations. She has also broad expertise in corporate reorganizations (mergers, acquisitions and splits) and associative contracts (collaboration agreements, joint-ventures and alliances). Anahí counsels on contracts in general and especially on franchising, distribution and trust contracts. She is also an expert in the movie industry and a specialist in motion picture contracts. Moreover, Anahí has been involved in countless due diligence processes.

Before joining the firm, she worked at other law firms specialized in business and corporate law.

Anahí is a regular teacher of Commercial and Corporate Law (1998-to date) at the Universidad de Buenos Aires. She has published several articles and co-authored a notorious book titled "Elements of Commercial Law", edited by Oxford University Press, which is consistently included in local law courses.

Anahí earned her Law Degree (1984) from the Universidad Católica Argentina and her Master in Corporate and Business Law (1993) from the Universidad Austral.
