Elena is a patent attorney specialized in chemical, pharmaceutical and biotech patents. Her practice primarily involves patent situation analysis, prior art searches, drafting and prosecution of patents. Elena has great experience in drafting of patent applications.

Prior to joining our Firm, she served at the Argentine Patent Office for thirteen years, where she focused on the chemistry and food groups. During this period of time, Elena attended training courses from the European and Japanese Patent Offices. She has been guest lecturer at the Universidad de Buenos Aires, Universidad Austral and Universidad Nacional de Quilmes, among others.

She received her Degree in Chemistry (1975) from the Universidad de Buenos Aires.
